The suppliers can afford to sell their items at a lower price because of this. The previous one who did the purchasing didnt do a good job and most of the supplies he purchased were either overpriced or was inferior in quality. In other words, I will have to look for quality, cost and availability of janitorial supplies for our company that can improve our performance and offer some savings to our clients as well. The bulk items actually contain the product in small containers that are the same as what you can find in regular stores.The first initiative that I will implement is to buy in bulk.
